Mrs. Katarina Saetersdal

Assistant director International Economic Policy in the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise, NHO

Katarina SaetersdalMrs. Katarina Saetersdal’s main responsibilities in the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise is linked to international relations and she has for several years been responsible for the internship program for Russian leaders in Norway and for Doing Business in Russia.
She has also been involved in the development of the NHO's strategy for North. This includes ways to find strategies and priorities of the Norwegian business sector and partners in Russia. She is NHOs representative in Business Europe Russia Network, who meets on a regular basis to discuss common projects and the development of the relations between the business community in Europe and Russia. Mrs. Katarina Saetersdal has amongst other experience from projects connected to analyzing the competitiveness of Norwegian Companies and projects connected to internationalization of Norwegian Business.
Mrs. Katarina Saetersdal is cand. econ. from the University of Oslo.

Mr. Rolf Fiskerstrand

Managing Director, Fiskerstrand Holding AS

Rolf Fiskerstrand 2014 190 260Mr. Fiskerstrand is a Managing Director of Fiskerstrand Holding AS (2012 - present), Fiskerstrand BLRT AS (2010 - present) and Fiskerstrand Verft AS (2014), which built the world's first dedicated LNG bunkering vessel.
 
He has a long experince in leading various oil & gas projects. During 1980 - 1990 Rolf Fiskerstrand held engineering, project and executing positions at Aker Stord AS, the largest offshore oil & gas yard in Norway. He was responsible for approimately 300 engineers and was a member of the executive management team while building oil & gas platforms. 

 

Since 1990 Rolf Fiskerstrand has been working for Fiskerstrand Verft AS. This private family company was established by his grandfather Peder E. Fiskerstrand in 1909 and is one of the two oldest shipyards in Norway that have been in continuously operation since the start. The Fiskerstrand Group consist of several companies including a ship design company and we perform ship repairs, maintenance, conversions and newbuilding of ships. The Fiskerstrand Group has been working with Russian shipowners for the last 15 years and approximately 250 Russian vessels were at the company's yards yard for repairs, maintenance and conversion since 1999.
 

Mr. Fiskerstrand holds MSc.degree from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Department of Marine Technology, Trondheim, Norway (NTNU)

Mr. Tor Olaf Andersen

Manager Industrial Relations, Russia, FMC Technologies

andersen mainMr. Tor Olaf Andersen is Manager Industrial Relations, Russia in FMC Technologies, based in Kongsberg. He is working within the sales organisation and is responsible for establishing industrial relations in Russia and to further develop the best local companies to become qualified suppliers for FMC Technologies.

A key activity has been to facilitate establishment of multi functional groups between FMC Technologies and the Russian companies for skill transfer and development of common understanding, resulting in test production of subsea products.

He has also had several management positions within Strategic Sourcing in FMC Technologies, and has been responsible for establishment and operation of a Partnering Program for strategic partners.

Through his work in FMC Technologies since 1996, Tor Olaf has established a considerable network in the international Oil & Gas Industry.

He also has experience from International Sales & Marketing within the Information Technology industry. Tor Olaf started his carrier within process control in ASEA AS in Oslo in 1975, and moved later into the Defence Industry within avionics. He has an Engineer background within cybernetics and IT

Mr. Thor Halvorsen

Senior Vice President, Telenor ASA

halvorsen bigMr. Thor Halvorsen is Senior Vice President in Region Europe of Telenor ASA and Director of several companies in Norway and internationally. He has served in several Executive Management positions in Telenor, including as Chief Executive Officer of Telenor Networks from 1995 to 1998, as Chief Executive Officer of Telenor Business Solutions and as Executive Vice President of Telenor Mobile International responsible for global Mobile operations.

Prior to 1993, he was responsible for sales activities, product management, R&D and various technical activities both in the fixed and mobile networks.

Mr Halvorsen holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (Telecommunications and Computer Science) from the Norwegian Institute of Technology in Trondheim, Norway and studied Management Development at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France and at IMD in Switzerland.
